Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, as our pieces are custom made to order.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify us at rijoyjewelry@yahoo.com within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once you receive a shipment and tracking confirmation email, we are unable to make changes to your order.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, slight variations should be expected.
Shipping
Every item is shipped USPS Priority with tracking.
Standard shipping, 3 to 4 business days $10
Express shipping, 1 to 2 business days $25
Materials
All jewelry is made using a variety of pearls, including Tahitian, South Sea, Akoya, and freshwater pearls, as well as semi-precious stones, seashells, beads, and silver- and gold-filled materials. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the one photographed.
