All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, as our pieces are custom made-to-order. 

If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify rijoyjewelry@yahoo.com within 24 hrs and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once you receive your shipment and tracking confirmation email we are not be able to change your order.
